Visual field examination is an important tool for diagnosis as well as for therapy in glaucoma patient. However, because of the time consuming of the test and variation in techniques and approaches, the field examination is not emphasized enough in most of the eye clinic as it should be. The standarization of Goldmann perimeter is relatively easy and accurate. In this experiment, this perimeter was employed in 20 glaucoma patients. Using the threshold stimuli at the 30° temporal as target, exploration of paracentral area was performed statically. Peripheral and blind spot complex were performed kinetically. The detailed steps in performance an4 the results of field changes, in the light of disc change were discussed.
