2 cases of Stevens-Johnson syndrome, treated with Soflens for its ocular complicoations were reported. The first case, a 15 year-old female, was suffered from symblepharon, ankyloblepharon of both eyes. Its simple sepration of symblepharon and ankyloblepharon had been failed. Oral mucous membrane graft fallowed by continuous wearing of Soflens proved successful in this case. The second case reported was a 26 year-old femle, with non-infected corneal ulcer in both eyes, with the chief complaints of photophobia, dry eye and eye-ache. The conjunctival sacs were dry and the corneal surface was dry and lusterless. There was moderate scarring in the upper papebral conjunctiva and trichiasis were noted. On Schirmer's test the filter paper strip did not wet at all after 5 minutes. The corneal ulceration and subjective symptoms had got worse before the Soflens was applied. Afrer wearing Soflens, re-epithelization of the corneal ulcer took place completely in 6 weeks and the Soflens provided satisfactory relief of pain, photophobia and dryness.
