視神經乳頭先天性異常之螢光眼底像

Fluorescein Angiography of Congenital Anomalies of Optic Disc

摘要


檢查四種與螢光眼底攝影檢查較有關係的視神經乳頭先天性異常,其螢光眼底攝影所見為:(一)4位視神經盤小凹的病人其小凹處與視神經盤他處相較時呈螢光素染色較淡的現象,一合併黃斑部水腫的例子於黃斑部出現噴出型螢光點;(二)4位視神經盤缺損的病人,於視神經盤周圍出現多數網膜小血管且無螢光素漏出,視神經盤本身螢光素染色亦較淡;(三)視神經盤發育不全的病人1位,視神經盤內正常的部分螢光素染色明顯而發育不全的部分染色較淡;(四)18位偽視神經炎的病人顯出無血管擴張及紆曲的現象,同時不見有螢光素的漏出。

During this one year period, we found 4 cases of optic pit, 4 cases of colobomata and one case of hypoplasia. In addition to these 9 cases of congenital optic disc anomaly, 18 cases of pseudoneuritis were included for fluorescein angiography study. By fluorescein angiography, we found relative hypofluorescence existed in the region of the optic pit comparing with healthy part of the optic disc. In a case of optic pit with macular pathology, definitely, a jet spot dye leakage occurred in the macular area. In colobomata of the disc, multiple small retinal vessels emerged from the disc margin without dye leakage and the colobomatous disc itself showed hypofluorescent. In a case of optic nerve colobomata, scar tissue existed in the macular area. Fluorescein pattern of optic disc revealed normal fluorescein staining of healthy nerve tissue and hypofluorescence of the hypoplastic area. Fluorescein angiography of pseudoneuritis showed neither dilatation and tortuosity of the superficial network of capillaries and major retinal vessels nor dye leakage from these vasculature.
