急性隅角閉鎖性青光眼施行雷射虹膜穿孔術之評估
Evaluation of Laser Iridotomy in Acute Angle-Gluacoma
摘要
報告十例（九個病人）急性隅角閉鎖性青光眼於急性發作期，使用或未使用傳統的藥物療法，合併施行虹膜雷射來解除急性發作。其中5例直接做雷射虹膜穿孔術，5例先作雷射虹膜實質牽引術後，再做雷射虹膜穿孔衛。術後追踪檢查6個月以上，其中4例於術後一星期內再度急性發作，1例用2% Pilocarpine控制眼壓，5例追加瀘孔手術
