鐳射虹彩切除術在慢性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的應用

摘要

本篇收集51個病人（58隻眼睛）的慢性隅角閉鎖性青光眼。包括18位男性，33位女性，平均60.5歲，其中有49隻眼睛，周邊前方黏連(PAS)大於180°，作鐳射虹彩切除術後，平均追踪時間6.7個月。結果90%的病人，眼壓控制良好，且只有兩例，作濾過手術。至於有視神經傷害者，仍有88%術後眼壓控制良好，故我們認為：對慢性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的患者，不論PAS的程度，均可用鐳射虹彩切除術為最初的治療方法。

We had 51 patients (58 eyes) with chronic angle closure glaucoma. There were 18 males, and 33 females. The average age was 60.5 years old. The mean follow-up period was 6.7 months. The peripheral anterior synechia was more than 180 in 49 eyes. After laser iridectomy, 90% patients had well controlled IOP. Trabeculectomy was done in two eyes only. Of the cases with optic nerve damage, 88% had well controlled IOP We think that laser iridectomy should be used no matter how severe the degree of PAS is, or how severely the optic nerve is damaged.
