摘要

本篇報告71年度臺北市視覺殘障鑑定檢查之各項分析，以任一單眼最佳矯正視力小於0.1為收集對象，共計568人，1016隻眼睛，其中男346人，614隻眼睛，女222人，402隻眼睛。由統計結果顯示，引起視力障碍的原因以先天性異常為首位(26.67%)，其次是傳染性疾病(24.31%)，而外傷居第三位(13.29%)。依侵犯部位和類型分類，則眼球整體的疾患為最多(27.85%)，角膜次之(27.56%)，水晶體占第三位(17.91%)。依臨床所見分類，以眼球癆及眼球萎縮所占比率最高(27.07%)，其次是視神經萎縮(16.93%)，而白內障列第三位(12.60%)。

This paper presents a statistical survey of visual impairment among 820 patients in Taipei. We collected the cases of whom the visual acuity in any one eye with best correction less than 0.1 and totally, there were 568 patients, 1016 eyes.
