摘要
前部缺血性視神經病變(anterion ischemic optic neuropathy)共25例30隻眼；雙側發病者5例，佔20%；平均年齡為48.7歲；視野缺損以等位性視野缺損(altitudinal field defect)佔最多(l4/30)，弓狀缺損其次(12/30)；年輕患者似與全身性血管疾患之外之系統性疾病有密切的關係，年老者則與全身性血管疾患如高血壓有密切關係。

This paper described the clinical findings in 25 cases (30 eyes) of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. The mean age (48.7 years) was younger than most of the previous reports and fewer cases (20%) with bilateral involvement were met in this paper. Younger AION victims seemed to have a closer relationship with systemic diseases other than systemic vasculopathy than the elderly did.
