前部缺血性視神經病變同側覆發之一例報告
Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy-Recurrent Attacks in the Same Eye in One Bilaterally Involved Case
摘要
本文報告一例前部缺血性視神經病變同側覆發之病例。病人為五十八歲男性，右眼突發無痛性視力喪失，十天後發生同側覆發，視力進一步喪失。電腦斷層攝影檢查正常。二次發作之視野檢查及視覺激發電位顯示明顯差異。

We present a case of a 58-year-old male who experienced bilateral anterior ischemic optic neuropathy with recurrent attacks in his right eye. Changes in the visual field and the VEP between the 2 episodes were distinguished. Cases of repeated attacks of AION in the same eye are extremely rare. Six other reported cases are also reviewed.
