前小眼症暨虹彩、脈絡膜、視網膜、神經乳頭缺損－二個病例報告
Anterior Microphthalmos with Coloboma of Iris, Chorioretina and Optic Disc.: Case Report
摘要
本文報告二個病例，均為年輕女性，自幼視力不良，一為兩側性，另為單側性；眼科檢查除角膜較小外尚合併有典型葡萄膜和神經乳頭缺損；超音波檢查顯示眼球大小正常，本文特提出報告，並加以討論。

Two cases of microcornea with typical coloboma of uvea and optic disc are presented. Both are young females. One case is bilaterally involved and the other is unilateral. Ultrasonography revealed normal axial length of globes which served for differential diagnosis from microphthalmos. In both cases, the chief complaint was poor vision caused by refraction error and colobomatous lesion involving the macula area. Funduscopy, fluorecein angiography and chromosome study were done and discussed.
