放射狀角膜切開術於圓錐角膜之治療－病例報告
Radial Keratotomy in the Treatment of Keratocornus Case Report
摘要
本文報告一例中度圓錐角膜病例，兩眼先後分別接受全層角膜移植及放射狀角膜切開術。術後視力都有改善，右眼於角膜移植一年七個月後，左眼於角膜切開術術後八個月，均能以眼鏡矯正至1.0。左眼所需之球面鏡相當度數減少12.5D，且追踪一年未有任何合併症發生，對右眼之移植角膜也無不良影響。 放射狀角膜切開術改變角膜曲度，減輕屈光不正，簡易可行，短期合併症少，且可早期改善視力，為輕、中度圓錐角膜之治療提供一良好的選擇，值得進一步開發研究，其遠期療效和長久安全性則尚待追踪與探討。

A case of moderate-degree keratocornus treated with penetrating keratoplasty for OD and radial keratotmy for OS is reported. Postoperatively, visual acuity of both eyes can be corrected to 1.0 by the 19th month, (OD) and the 8th month (OS) respectively. After radial keratotomy, the corneal curvature flattened, refractive error reduced and best-corrected visual acuity improved. There's no complication after one year follow-up. Radial keratotomy may be a promissing alternative for the treatment of keratocornus. Yet its efficacy and long-term safety demand further evaluations.
