摘要

從民國69年12月至民國73年11月，共收集57個病人61眼濾孔術後而發現有白內障之眼睛，探討其經白內障手術後眼壓、視力、藥物處理等之改變。

1. 61 eyes of 57 patients with pre-existing filtering bleb underwent cataract extraction in CGMH and a follow-up from Dec. 1980 to Nov. 1984.
2. ICCE (33 eyes), ECCE (12 eyes), ECCE with IOL (16 eyes).
3. All the pre-operative and post-operative IOP of the 61 eyes were within 20 mm Hg with or without medication.
4. The post-operative V.A. of all patients were improved except one case (due to post-operative trauma).
5. The most frequent method of choice was ECCE through a corneal incision made anterior to the bleb.
6. Lens implantation in the posterior chamber proved to be a valuable method of correcting aphakia in these patients.
7. Contraindications for IOL: elevated IOP, necessity of additional medication, poor outflow facility.
8. The most common operative complications were vitreous loss (34%), and hyphema (10%).
