間質性角膜炎之角膜內彈力層變異－病例報告

摘要

本篇報告兩例間質性角膜炎，分別有不同程度的角膜內彈力層變異；一例左眼接受了角膜移殖手術，術後視力有明顯進步；角膜病理切片檢查發現角膜內彈力層增厚及形成secondary cornea guttata。另一例左眼發現retrocorneal hyaline ridges同時合併隅角閉鎖性青光眼；右眼則發現罕見之anterior chamber networks。左眼接受小梁切除術，右眼接受雷射虹膜切開術，術後眼壓正常，角膜病變穩定。

Two cases of bilateral interstitial keratitis with variant forms of Descemet's membrane are presented. Penetrating keratoplasty was performed in one case, and a pathologic examination of the corneal button disclosed a thickened Descemet's membrane with focal secondary guttata excrescence. In the other case retrocorneal hyaline ridges were found in the left eye with anterior chamber networks in the right eys. In addition, left eye also suffered from close-angle glaucoma. After the patient received trabeculectomy in the left eye and preventive laser iridotomy in the right eye, his IOP was well controlled in both eyes and the corneal lesions were stable.
