Superficial Lamellar Keratectomy for Corneal and Conjunctival Intraepitheljal Neoplasia: Report of Two Cases

表面層狀角膜切除術於角膜結膜上皮細胞腫瘤之使用－兩病例報告

摘要

角膜結膜上皮細胞腫瘤爲源自角膜及結膜之上皮細胞發育異常，其分級根據影響之上皮細胞深度。本文報告兩位經病理設實爲輕度至中度角膜結膜上皮細胞腫瘤的病人，經表面層狀角膜切除術及冷凍治療後，其中一例經24個月的追綜無復發情形，另一例追綜一個月後在原角膜切除之另一處發現復發現象；同時，所有經表面層狀角膜切除術的角膜基質皆保持完整，術後未發生角膜瘢痕，爲一簡單、安全並可重薇治燎角膜結膜上皮細胞腫瘤的方法

並列摘要

We treated 3 eyes in two patients of pathology-proven corneal and conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia with superficial lamellar keratectomy and cryotherapy. Postoperatively there was no recurrence in one case with a follow-up period of 24 months, and recurrence was noted at another site in the other case 1 month later. All the keratectomy sites remained clear in the following period without scarring opacity.
