細針穿刺在副鼻竇眼窩腫瘤的應用
Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy in Sino-Orbital Tumors
摘要
本文報告六例由副鼻竇腫瘤侵犯到眼窩，而最先皆以突眼的症狀來本科求診。經過電腦斷層攝影檢查後，施行眼窩部的細針穿刺細胞學檢查，得到令人滿意的結果，且因它能夠分辨出惡性腫瘤及發炎反應，所以病人都能很快得到適當的治療。

Six cases of sino-orbital tumors had primary S/S of proptosis and vision loss. After a CT scan examination, all these patients received fine needle aspiration biopsy for cytological diagnosis. The results correlated well with pathological findings. A fine needle aspiration biopsy of the secondary carcinoma of the orbit can obviate the need for more invasive surgery and can confirm the diagnosis so that an approprite therapy can be planned.
