睫毛毛囊根絕法治療倒睫或雙倒睫
Extirpation of Cilia Follicle in the Treatment of Trichiasis or Distichiasis
摘要
對於雙倒睫或局部倒睫，採用眼瞼分離術(lid splitting)將睫毛根部位暴露後，以刀尖將毛囊挖除，達到治療倒睫或雙倒睫之目的。本文介紹手術方法並報告15例手術之初步結果。

Under operating microscope, a procedure involved lid splitting and direct extirpation of cilia follicle to remove trichiasis or distichiasis eyelashes had been performed. 13 eyelids with recurrent trichiasis and 2 eyelids with congenital distichiasis have been operated on with this method with satisfactory results. Comparing to electrolysis or cryoablation of trichiasis, the procedure proved more precise, effective, less destructive to healthy cilia. The procedure can be repeated if necessary.
