睫毛嵌入於視網膜－病例報告－眼球破裂傷之少見併發症
Cilium Embedded in Tue Retina-A Case Report-An Unusual Complication of Perforating Eye Injury
摘要
本篇報告一例眼球破裂傷合併兩根睫毛在前房，另有一根睫毛尖端嵌入於視網膜上，有毛囊的一端則飄浮在玻璃體內。手術治療包括施行角膜傷口縫合術，白內障吸出術及後房人工水晶體植入術及移除前房內睫毛異物。玻璃體內之睫毛則因未引起嚴重併發症而未予移除。追踪一年中，玻璃體內之睫毛除外包有白色肉芽組織外，沒有其他發炎反應。矯正視力可達0.6。本文並討論文獻上之類似病例及柔軟之睫毛如何能插入現網膜內之可能機轉。

We reported a case of 27-year-old male who sustained perforating eye injury by rebounding iron-wire with two cilia brought into the anterior chamber, and one cilium embedded in the retina. During the one year follow-up period, the intravitreal cilium did not induce signifcant inflammation. The mechanism of entry was discussed and twenty other reported cases were reviewed.
