摘要
先天性無眼球症是較罕見的，其診斷須依組識病理檢查而證實。臨床型先天性無眼球症則包含了初發型、退化型及小眼症。本文報告三例臨床型先天性無眼球症及其治療方法：第一例先以矽球當做conformer以刺激眼窩生長；第二例以口腔黏膜移植術重建結膜窠和外眥成形術；第三例以眼窩植入物重建眼窩和口腔黏膜移植術重建結膜窠。術後情形尚佳。

Congenital anophthalmos is a rare disorder, the diagnosis is depended on histopathological examination. Clinical anophthalmos included primary anophthalmos, consecutive aophthalmos and microphthalmos. Three cases of clinical congenital anophthalmos were reported. Their treatment included: silicone ball as pressure conformer initially in one case; conjunctival socket reconstruction with mucosal graft and canth oplasty in the second case; orbital implant surgery combined with mucosal graft of conjunctival socket in the third case. The surgical results were fair to good.
