外傷後無眼症患者之額竇粘液囊腫－病例報告
A Mucocele from Frontal Sinus in an Anophthalmic Patient-Case Report
摘要
本篇報告一位七十一歲男性病患，四十年前因槍傷而摘除左眼。最近九個月來，由於左眼窩外上方漸次鼓起一腫瘤，連義眼都無法裝填而來本院求診。經手術後，始發現為一由額竇經過先前的槍傷洞孔而伸入左眼眼窩的粘液囊腫。

We present a case with progressive enlarging mass over his anophthalmic eye lost by gun shot 40 years ago. Frontal sinus mucocele invading the orbit via a traumatic fistula was verified by operative finding and histopathological study.
