以眼窩內下方腫塊為表現之額篩竇黏液囊腫
Mucocele of the Frontoethmoid Complex Manifesting as an Infranasal Orbital Mass
摘要
本文報告一位九歲男童，於兩年內反覆發生右眼內皆下腫塊及脹痛，並有輕微流淚現象，在他處多次以淚囊炎處理。電腦斷層掃瞄顯示右眼窩內下方有一囊性腫塊，經診斷為黏液囊腫。手術發現一膨大之黏液囊腫將淚囊往後方壓迫。經放置CIS穿過淚囊再通過黏液囊腫通至鼻腔，再於CIS外套一橡皮引流管。術後追蹤三個月，並無再委及流淚現象。

A 9 year-old boy was presented with recurrent swelling below the right medial canthal area. Computerized tomography scanning revealed an intraorbital cystic lesion which located medial and inferior to the eye ball. A large mucocele compressing the lacrimal sac was found during operation. Two fistulae were made: the first was between the lacrimal sac and the mucocele, the second between the mucocele and nasal mucosa through the bone opening. A CIS was passed through the two fistulae, and a rubber tube was cannulated to drain the mucus. The clinical course and mechanism of mucocele is reviewed.
