葡萄膜缺損合併視網膜剝離之手術治療
Surgical Treatment of Retinal Detachment Associated with Coloboma of Choroid
摘要
葡萄膜視網膜缺損合併視網膜剝離是臨床上很少見的病例。本篇報告一個病例，經鞏膜和壓術，冷凍治療，玻璃體切除，氣液體交換及手術後雷射光凝固圈繞葡萄膜視網膜缺損，使得視網膜完全復位，患者視力明顯改善。

Coloboma of choroid is a rare congenital ocular disorder. The incidence is about 0.14% in ophthalmic patients. Choroidal coloboma complicated with retinal detachment commonly cause serious visual disturbance and require for special surgical intervention. Besides scleral buckle procedure, vitrectomy, intraocular gas temponade and endophotocoagulation could be necessary for released vitreous traction and sealed the hidden hole on the edge of the coloboma. We reported a case of coloboma of choroid with total retinal detachment on her left eye. The sucessful reattachment was achieved following scleral buckle, vitrectomy, endophotocoagulation and intracamera SF6 temponade.
