妊娠毒血症眼底變化的臨床觀察

摘要

本文乃收集馬偕醫院婦產科診斷為妊娠毒血症共46例（驚厥前期44例，驚厥期2例）分析其臨床資料眼底變化及視力癒後提出報告。46病例中無眼底變化者13例(28.3%)，第一度高血壓網膜病變者8例(17.4%)，第二度高血壓網膜病變者7例(15.2%)，第三度高血壓網膜病變13例(28.3%)，發生漿液性視網膜剝離者有5例(10.9%)，在46例病患中並無發現有第四度高血壓網膜病變，最初與最終之視力比較，除少數幾個網膜剝離病例（4隻眼睛）視力未完全恢復外，其餘之病例(95.6%)視力均恢復至20/25以上。

Toxemic retinopathy is a complication of toxemia. It includes angiospasm, retinal hemorrhage, cotton wool spots and nontraumatic serous retinal detachment. Fundus changes in toxemia is a reliable guide of possible future of toxemia. Fundus examination of full dilated pupil is very important.
Fundus changes were noted in 71.7% of 46 toxemic patients and were highly related to visual acuity of antepartum, blood pressure and severity of toxemia. Prompt recovery with good visual acuity occurred after pregnancy were terminated.
