利用超音波角膜厚度儀比較白內障囊外手術與晶體乳化術後角膜內皮細胞功能

摘要

本文利用超音波角膜厚度儀(ultrasonic pachometer)對八個接受白內障囊外手術（以下略稱ECCE）及晶體乳化術(phacoemu-lwfication)（以下略稱Phaco）的病人作角膜中央厚度的測量，以反應角膜內皮細胞的功能。兩種手術法均裝置後房人工水晶體，手術後3個月量得角膜中央厚度相差不多，表示角膜內皮細胞功能相仿，十分吻合1975年Morne用角膜內皮細胞顯微鏡(specalar microscope)測量之結果。同時也可用為手術前角膜狀況評估的有效參考。

This orticle is concerned to the comparison of central corneal thickness after ECCE and phacoemulcification for that can express the function of the cornea after operation. If there is any damage to the cornea during operation the central corneal thickness would be changed. Eight patients is done in this study. Posterior chamber implants are put in all the cases. Three months after operation, we get the very close measurement of central corneal thickness. This indicates the same of the central corneal cell loss and represent equal corneal endothelical function postoperatively. This result corresponds to the study of endothelical specular microscopy by Morne in 1975. With this conculsion we can use it as an useful method of evaluation of corneal endothelial function before and after operation.
