4.5% Aspirin DL-lysine點眼於隱型眼鏡戴用過久症候群之療效評估
The Effect of 4.5% Aspirin DL-Lysine on the Acute Over-Wearing Syndrome
摘要
1988年日本的平光①教授報告，曾以Aspirin DL-lysine治療一例隱型眼鏡戴用過久症候群，得到戲劇性的療效。本院以類似方法，以五個病例評估其療效，將Aspegic泡成濃度4.5% Aspirin DL-1ysine，每15分滴了乙次，每次2至3滴計八次，結果發現其療效仍有待評估。

Patient suffering from acute over-wear syndrome was treated with 4.5% Aspirin DL-lysine by Pro-fessor Penchon. The effect, was reputed. We followed Penchoun's method. One vial of Aspegic was diluted to 4.5% Aspirin which was instilled to 9 lesion-eyes due to contact lens over-wearing. But the result is not similar to Penchoun's. The effect of 4.5% Aspirin DL-lysine on acute over-wear syndrome have to be reevaluated.
