眼球內惡性淋巴瘤―病例報告
Intraocular Malignant Lymphoma: Report of a Case
摘要
本篇報告一眼球內惡性淋巴瘤病例，此例開始時眼睛症狀以葡萄膜炎為假面表現，經過一連串檢查，包括電腦斷層攝影，細胞學及病理切片等檢查，證明其為眼內惡性淋巴瘤。最後作眼球摘除術後之組織送病理切片，發現其整個眼球包括葡萄膜、玻璃體、視網膜、及球後組織，均受到惡性淋巴瘤之侵犯。病人雖經一連串的化學及放射治療，卻終因全身器官的遭受侵犯而死於腎衰竭。

A case of intraocular malignant lymphola was presented, the presenting symptoms were Masquerade Uveitis. Following a series of examinations including CT scan, aspiration cytology and biopsy, the intraocular malignant lymphoma was diagnosed. The enucleation was performed and the specimen sent for pathology study, the specimen showed all of the ocular tissue including uvea, vitreous, retina and retrobulbar tissue were involved. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy were given, but in vain. The patient died of renal failure due to systemic metastasis.
