裂孔性視網膜剝離手術後眼軸長度的變化
Axial Length Change in Surgical Treatment for Rhegmatogenous Retinal Detachment
摘要
研究二十二隻裂孔性視網膜剝離的眼睛手術前後屈光度、角膜弧度、前房深度、水晶體厚度及眼軸長度之變化。手術分2組，一組接受鞏膜外箍及冷凍治療有十二隻眼，另一組接受經平坦部玻璃體切除，氣液交換及雷射光凝固，有10隻眼。結果，鞏膜外箍組在屈光度及眼軸長度上有顯著變化；而玻璃體切除組則各項均無有意義變化，2者間差異具統計意義。

For comparing the ocular change after scleral-buckling and pars plana vitrectomy. Twenty-two eyes with primary rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were studied pre-and postoperatively for refractive error, comeal curvature, anterior chamber depth, lens thickness and axial length. The first group containing 12 eyes received scleral buckling and cryopexy; the second group containing 10 eyes received pars plana vitrectomy, fluid-gas exchange and Laser photocoagulation. The results show the scleral buckling procedure cause significant elongation of axial length and myopic shift of refractive error, while the pars plana vitrectomy cause no significant change in all parameters.
