晶體性網膜變性症－病例報告
Crystalline Tapetoretinal Dystrophy
摘要
本文報告二例不具周邊角膜晶體變性之晶體性網膜症(Crystalline tapetoretinal dystrophy)的病例。第一例為59歲，第二例為52歲男性病人，兩者眼底後極部均出現金黃色閃亮晶體，色素性變化及脈胳膜萎縮，文中並報告其螢光眼底攝影，視野，色覺檢察，網膜電圖及眼電圖之檢察結果。最後並回顧以前文獻，提供參考。

In 1937, Bietti's tapetoretinal degeneration with marginal corneal dystrophy was first described which was characterized by (1) yellow glistening intraretinal crystals in the posterior pole (2) tapetoretinal degeneration with sclerosis of the choroid, and (3) a crystlline dystrophy of the cornea. Cases of intraretinal crystals and choroidal atrophy but lacking marginal crystalline dystrophy of the cornea was first described in 1977 by Franoois and de Laey and Brizzard and associates. In the Asian area, cases having characheristics of tapetoretinal degeneration without marginal corneal dystrophy was reported in Japan by Haya-sakast et al. The fist report of seven Chinese cases was published in 1981 by Wen et al., in which series only two of the seven cases had marginal corneal dystrophy. We describe herein two cases of Chinese male patients with crystalline tapetoretinal dystrophy but no marginal corneal dystrophy.
