摘要
本篇報告一位28歲女性，因眼睛紅、痛、及視力模糊求診，檢查可見結膜充血，眼底有滲出性網膜剝離，眼底螢光攝影可見多發性針頭大小的漏點，超音波及電腦斷層攝影可見後眼球壁增厚及球後組織水腫。診斷為後鞏膜炎，經全身性給予類固醇，症狀緩解。

We report a young lady suffering from blurred vision, redness and pain of either eye with repeated attacks. The diagnosis of posterior scleritis was given. Characteristic findings were noted in fluorescein angiography, ultrasonography and CT scan examination. Visual acuity recovered with steroid or non-steroid anti-inflammatory agents.
