摘要

本文報告7例ICE症侯群的病人，取其小樑切除術時切除組織，在光學顯微鏡及電子顯微鏡下研究的結果。發現其中4例在虹膜表面有一似Descemet's membrane的細胞膜狀組織覆蓋。有3例的角膜之Descemet's membrane增厚，但內皮細胞變薄、退化甚或缺損；其中的2例在電子顯微鏡下，更可見到於Descemet's membrane後有一不正常的膠質纖維層。

The trabeculectomy specimen from 7 cases with ICE syndrome were studied with light microscope and electron microscope. A Descemet's-like membrane with scanty cellular component over the anterior surface of iris were found in 4 cases. 3 cases with posterior cornea available showed abnormal thick Descemet's membrane with marked attenuation, degeneration, and absence of corneal endothelium. Abnormal posterior collagenous tissue posterior to Descemet's membrane was visible in 2 cases with electron microscopic study.
