先天性淚瘻管－病例報告及文獻回顧
Congenital Lacrimal Fistula-Case Report and Papers Review
摘要
本文報告一對兄妹皆有兩側性淚（广婁）管，其兄並且合併有兩側性無上淚點。經由家庭訪視，其家族三代並無相同之病例存在。關於先天性淚（广婁）管產生的原因，尚未有定論。但是Welham在1985年利用淚（广婁）切除術及組織標本切片發現：淚（广婁）管大多數與淚小管相接，而且二者細胞型態也相似，故其推論淚（广婁）管是由淚小管由內向外長出，這與文獻的統計與推論，認為淚（广婁）管是由淚囊長出者是不相同的。先天性淚（广婁）管病患若無症狀可探保守療法。但若有溢淚，則也有數種療法，本文一併提出討論。

We present 2 cases of congenital lacrimal fistula in a family, and the elder brother also with atresia of the lacrimal puncti in both eyes. Up to the present time, the origin and cause of congenital lacrimal fistula are still uncertain. We discuss some interesting points in our cases which are rarely seen in old literatures.
