結膜淋巴管瘤―病例報告
Conjunctival Lymphangioma-A Case Report
摘要
本院眼科報告一位22歲女性病人，因右眼顳側結膜於6~7年前發現腫塊，且逐年增大，尤其最近2年更為明顯，且眼結膜經常充血，經輾轉求治，症狀皆無改善，故轉介至本院接受治療。經手術切除結膜腫塊後，病人症狀改善，腫塊切片經病理檢查證實為結膜淋巴管瘤(conjunctival lymphangioma)。一般對於結膜腫塊很難由外觀做確切的診斷，必要時須藉由病理檢查來做鑑別診斷，以便於治療及預後之評估。

This is a case of conjunctival lymphangioma. On a 22-year-old female patient, had been found a soft mass over right temporal conjunctiva for 6-7 years. The mass enlarged gradually, especially during the past 2 years. Associated intermittent conjunctival hyperemia was also noted. She had visited at many ophthalmic clinics. No effective treatment was given. She was referred to our ophthalmic department and excision of the mass was performed. In the mean while, conjunctival hyperemia disappeared and satisfactory cosmetic result came out. The mass specimen was proved as conjunctival lymphangioma. Generally, conjunctival mass is hard to be surely diagnosed only by its appearance. Therefore, preoperative biopsy or postoperative pathological examination is needed.
