家族性滲出性玻璃體網膜症－家族病例報告
Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy-A Family Report
摘要
本文報告一羅患家族性滲出性玻璃體網膜症的家族病例。共檢查二代5人，其中4人罹患。臨床表現變異甚大，從最輕微的無主觀症狀、視力正常，僅周邊網膜輕度病變；到最嚴重的眼球萎縮、無光覺，都可見於此一家族中。本文描述其臨床表徵，提出台灣地區有關此疾的第一個家族病例，並回顧外國文獻報告。

We report one family, suffered from the familial exudative vitreoretinopathy, two genertions five subjects examined. The clinical expression varies from the minimal peripheral retina change, no subjective complains and normal acuity to the eyeball atrophy, no light sense. All of these expressions could be seen in this family. This repoit discribes the clinical pictures and is the first familial case report about this disorder in Taiwan. At the same time, we also review the literatures about it.
