摘要
本文報告二例不具角膜晶體失養的家族性網膜變性症，其父母為表兄妹近親結婚的血緣關係。兩病例為姐妹，眼底檢查可見散在性黃白色晶體沈着物，後極部可見脈胳膜網膜變性。螢光眼底血管攝影檢查呈現網膜色素上皮變性及脈胳膜萎縮。病人視野、色覺檢查、暗適應、視網膜電圖、眼電圖、視覺激發電位、玻璃體螢光光度計測量和雷射前房蛋白／細胞量度檢查均呈現異常結果。

This paper describes two cases of crystalline retinopathy without corneal crystal line dystrophy. The two subjects are sisters, age 48 and 52, and their parents have a consanquineous marriage. That is, the parents are cousins. Through the fundus examination, we found diffuse yellowish crystal deposits and chorioretinopathy in the posterior pole. Through fluorescein angiography, we also found retinal pigment epitheliopathy and choroidal atrophy. Besides, all results of the examinations of visual field, color vision, dark adaptation, electroretinogram, electroculogram, visual evoked cortical potential, vitreous fluorophotometry and laser flare/cell meter are abnormal.
