假Foster Kennedy症之病例報告
A Case Report of Pseudo-Foster Kennedy Syndrome
摘要
一眼視神經萎縮，另一眼視乳頭水腫，因腦內腫瘤引起，叫Foster Kennedy症（FK症）；非因腦內腫瘤所致，叫假FK症。前部缺血性視神經病變是假FK症最常見的原因之一。我們報告一非同時發生的雙側性前部缺血性視神經病變的病例，其臨床症狀的表現，治療過程，以及如何鑑別診斷，避免患者接受太多不必要又具侵犯性的神經學檢查。

Non-tumor causes of the Foster Kennedy syndrome were termed pseudo-Foster Kennedy syndrome. Anterior ischemic optic neuropathy was am ong one of the most common causes of the syndrome. We described one case of bilateral, unsimultaneous anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, with one optic disc swelling and the other optic atrophy, mimic the Foster Kennedy syndrome. Recognizing the entity in mind, we might not urge the patient to undergo many troublesome, invasive neurologic evaluations.
