兩側外展神經麻痺的治療－病例報告
Management of Bilateral Abducens Palsy-Report of Two Cases
摘要
本篇報告二例於車禍後發生兩側外展神經麻痺的病患，兩者皆施以兩側內直肌後退併上、下直肌轉位法治療，術後結果令人滿意。

Two cases of bilateral abducens palsy with treatment are presented. The patients, who were 32 and 60 years-old respectively, both suffered from traffic accident and bilateral abducens palsy was found after they regained consciounsness. They had bilateral inner deviation over 20°-30° and neither eyes could move across midline. They were treated by recession of MR together with trans-position of the whole or halves of sup. and inf. rectus to the insertion of lat. rectus. The results were rather satisfactory.
