摘要

本篇報告四例隅角閉鎖性青光眼病患，於接受雷射周邊虹膜穿孔術後，經散瞳做眼底檢查或服用鎮定劑導致第二次急性隅角閉鎖性青光眼發作。經治療後恢復往常狀況，沒再發生急性青光眼症狀。本篇重點在強調隅角閉鎖性青光眼病患雖然已接受過周邊虹膜穿孔術，仍無法完全避免再次的急性隅角閉鎖性青光眼的發作。所以替此類病患散瞳做眼底檢查時，必須特別注意防患。

In literature, it was not clearly specified whether the peripheral iridotomy could or could not prevent the second acute attack of angle-closure glaucoma. Here we present 4 cases that suffered a second acute angle-closure glaucoma after peripheral iridotomy had been done. The iridotomy was still opened during the second acute attack. This finding implies that a patent iridotomy is not a safeguard against acute angle-closure glaucoma.
