眼窩淋巴瘤合併對側結膜淋巴瘤－病例報告
Simultaneous Bilateral Orbital and Conjunctival Lymphoma-A Case Report
摘要
一位57歲男性要現有左眼眼窩腫塊已15年，最近在右眼結膜長出深紅色平突的腫塊。病理切片檢查結果，二處病灶皆為瀰漫性，分化良好的小細胞淋巴瘤。經過全身詳細檢查及骨髓切片，沒有發現任何腫瘤轉移的病徵，病人在接受右眼結膜淋巴瘤完全切除及左眼局部放射線治療後，眼窩淋巴瘤體積明顯縮小，預後良好。

A 57-year-old man with the sign of a slowly progressive orbital mass in the left eye for last 15 years was also found to have a Salmon-colored, flat con junctival mass in the right eye. The histopathologic examination showed diffuse, well-differentiated, Small cell lymphoma in both lesions. The patient had no systemic metastatic signs of the disease, and was treated with localized radiation therapy.
