結膜下寄生蟲－病例報告
Subconjunctival Parasite-A Case Report
摘要
本文報告一病例，十九歲男性主訢眼內異物游動感，經隙裂燈(Slit lamp)檢查，發現在左眼上球結膜部下，有一半透明狀活動虫體。追溯病史，有長達一個半月，間歇性腫脹感及左眼球突出，充血。經開刀加以取出，並送高醫寄生蟲科鑑定，為罕見的東洋眼蟲(Thelaziasis)。

We present a case of 19-year-old boy student, whose chief complaints were foreign body sensation, congestion and protrusion of left eye for about one month. Under the slit-lamp examination, a semitransparent worm was found in the superior bulbar subconjunctival area of left eye. He had the same condition for about one month. Sometimes, he felt swelling and protrusion around left eye. He went to LMD, but in vain. After operation and picking up the worm, which was sent to parasitology department and Thelaziasis was dignosed. This is the first Thelazia in Taiwan.
