緩解自無光覺之球後視神經炎－病例報告
A Rare Case of Retrobulbar Neuritis-Remission from Complete Blindness
摘要
31歲女性，主訴左眼視力模糊及左眼眼運動疼痛感，在發作後六天現力喪失至無光覺。經診斷為自發性球後說神經炎，以大量類固醇(Mega-dose steroid)治療，視力回復至0.5。雖然經過一次復發，一年技的門診追蹤，最佳視力回復至0.7。

A 31 year-old woman suffered from progressive blurred vision and upper altitudinal visual field defect of the left eye preceded by ocular pain during eye movement. She visited our clinic and prednisolone 80 mg per day was given under the impression of retrobulbar neuritis. Fundus showed prepapillary gliosis and chorioretinal scar in the temporal lower area. Blood screen, CT and MR1 showed negative finding. Since her visual acuity deteriorated to no light perception on the 9th day, she was admitted for the mega-dose steroid treatment. Fortunately, her visual acuity recovered to 0.5 in the 7th week. Although the episode recurred in the 10th wk, the final visual acuity returned to 0.7 one year later.
