摘要
本病例報告一位十三歲女孩，因為兩眼視力進行減退而來求診。腦部電腦斷層掃描(computerized tomogram)顯示視交叉部位有一腫瘤，病人接受外科手術，病理報告為低度神經膠質瘤(low-grade glioma)，外科手術後病人接受放射線治療，追蹤觀察六個月，雖然腫瘤已消失，但視力卻逐漸惡化。

A 13-year-old girl sufferred from bilateral progressive visual acuity decreased. In ocular examination, the visual acuity with correction was CF/50 cm (od) and CF/10 cm (os). The disc of both eyes were pale. Brain CT showed a suprasellar mass with strong enhancement after contrast injection. She received surgery and radiotherapy. Tumor didn't recur after followed up for 6 months but the visual acuity didn't improve.
