視神經盤之黑素細胞瘤：病例報告
Melanocytoma of the Optic Disc: Case Report
摘要
本文報告兩例視神經盤良性黑素瘤。在眼底可看到視神經盤上黑，稍凸的腫瘤，對視力、視野影響很少，螢光眼底血管攝影可見到腫瘤上的螢光減弱及腫瘤旁的螢光過強現象。臨床診斷為良性黑素瘤，未給予任何治療，一例在三年追踪檢查期間，一例在一年追踪檢查期間，眼部情況均沒有變化。

Two cases of ”Melanocytoma of the optic disc” are reported. A black, slightly elevated mass on the optic disc was the only finding during the routine fundus examination. In both cases, no significant loss of visual acuity and visual field had been noted. Fluorescein angiography showed hypofluorescence on the tumor mass and hyperfluorescence around the tumor. Under the clinical impression of Melanocytoma of optic disc, no medical or surgical treatment had been attempted except regular follow up and supportive measures. There is no change of the eye conditions during the three year follow up period.
