Autograft Limbal Transplantation in the Management of Corneal/Conjunctival Intraepithelial Neoplasia-A Case Report
自體角鞏膜輪部移植應用於角結膜內上皮癌－病例報告
摘要
我們提出一接受切除性活體切片及冷凍治療術之右眼角結膜內上皮癌病例，其診斷由稍後之組織顯微鏡檢驗證實。於確定切除部位組織邊綠及深層未受此病變侵襲後，我們自此病人之左眼移植二片角鞏膜輪部上皮至右眼相對位置。自體輪部移植術圓滿地解決了令人困擾的角膜上皮延遲再生之問題。此位病患之眼球表皮於移植術後恢復迅速，於追踪檢查一年後，仍保持良好狀況且無再發之情形。

We treated a patient with corneal/conjunctival intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) by excisional biopsy and cryotherapy. The diagnosis was proven by microscopic study. After eliminating the possibility of margin and deep tissue involvement, we did autograft limbal transplantation from the limbal tissue of the patient's fellow eye. Delayed corneal reepithelialization, as presented preceding the limbal transplantation, had been overcome following the procedure. This patient has an intact ocular surface and is doing well during one years' follow-up.
