色素性睫狀體神經鞘瘤－病例報告
Pigmented Ciliary Body Neurilemoma-A Case Report
摘要
眼球內神經鞘瘤是極少見的疾病，而長在睫狀體上更是罕見，本文即提出一個長在睫狀體上的病例。病患為35歲女性、主訴左眼視力逐漸模糊已4個多月。眼科檢查可見左眼上方虹彩後有一腫塊，經過一連串理學檢查及初步病理切片結果為疑似惡性黑色素瘤。在做了眼球摘除後，再次的病理切片報告卻是神經鞘瘤。我們提出此病例，並參考文獻、對其臨床表現、病理發現、診斷及治療方法作一討論。

A 32-year-old female complained of progressively blurred vision and dull pain on her right eye for four months. A pigmented cystic lesion was found on the ciliary body of her right eye, which had an elevated intraocular pressure during examination. En block removal by excisional irido-cyclectomy was tried but was later changed into incisional biopsy because of the unexpected solid component in the cyst wall. Histopathology of the biopsy suggested a malignant melanoma, and her right eye was then enucleated with the upper bulbar conjuntiva together. How-ever, the final diagnosis turned out to be a ciliary body neurilemoma histopathologically. The patient received secondary hydroxyapatite orbital implant and had her motility prosthesis fit smoothly nevertheless.
