視網膜黃斑部蝴蝶樣失養症－病例報告
Butterfly-Shaped Macular Dystrophy-One Case Report
摘要
一位七十二歲的男性病人，在常規性全身健康檢查中，發現兩眼黃斑部變性。病人健康情況良好，矯正視力右眼為零點九，左眼為零點八。前眼部正常，眼底檢查於兩側黃斑部有蝴蝶樣斑紋。病人被安排的特殊檢查包括：視野、眼球電圖、網膜電位圖、暗適應檢查、色覺檢查等。我們診斷為視網膜黃斑部蝴蝶樣失養症。

Butterfly-shaped macular dystrophy is rarely seen in our country. We report one case. A healthy 72-year-old male patient was found to have bilateral foveal lesion during health checkup. He was referred to our ophthalmology clinic for further evaluation. Peculiar, bilateral, butterfly-shaped pigment dystrophy of the fovea was found. Functional and photographic studies such as visual field, EOG, ERG, and Dark adaptation test were normal. FAG revealed bilateral pigmented macular lesion and ICG videoangiography showed a hypofluorescein patch in the macula in late phase. After one year follow up, macular dystrophy still present. His corrected visual acuity remains 0.9 (OD) and 0.8 (OS).
