安非他命精神病引致自戕性眼球傷害－病例報告
Self-Inflicted Eye Injury Caused by Amphetamine Psychosis-A Case Report
摘要
自戕性眼球傷害(Self-inflicted eye injury)或自我眼球挖除(Self-enucleation)最早是尚Bergmann在1546年提出，在臨床上殊為少見。在文獻上有各種不同的功能性和器官性的精神疾病造成自我眼球挖除的病例報告，包括精神分裂性精神病和迷幻藥相關的中毒性精神病。我們在此報告一病例因安非他命造成雙側自戕性眼球傷害的病例，以供我們做為一個真實的教訓。

Self-inflicted eye injury or self-enucleation was first described by Bergmann in 1846. It is uncommonly seen in clinical practice. A variety of functional and psychiatric disorders including schizophrenic psychosis and hallucinogenic drug-related toxic psychosis have been reported in cases of self-enucleation. We report a case of bilateral self-inflicted eye injuries associated with amphetamine abuse in order to offer a true lesson to us.
