良性眼眶腫瘤合併骨蝕病灶－病例报告
Benign Orbital Tumor with Bony Erosion
摘要
眼眶腫瘤造成骨蝕现象並不常见，除去恶性腫瘤為数更少。本文收集四例良性眼眶腫瘤合併骨蝕病灶，依發生部位可區分為二，一為起源於鼻竇，有兩例；黏液囊腫和膿性黏液囊腫；二為来自骨源，有二例：骨板間類上皮囊腫和嗜伊红性肉芽腫。四例皆接受手術治療、病理診断，得到良好的预後。

Orbital tumors are uncommon. Excluded malignant tumor, they make bone lesions less often. We collected four cases including mucocle. mucopyocele, interdiploic epidermoid cyst and eosinophilic granuloma. The first three cases are well-capsuled lesions in sinus or bone. The last one case is non-cystic destructive lesion of bone. The common point is bening orbital tumors with bony erosion. All of these cases underwent diagnotic procedure, surgical treatment and got good result.
