Presumed Choroid Metastasis from Hepatocellular Carcinoma: A Case Report
疑來自肝細胞癌的脈絡膜轉移：一病例報告
摘要
本文報告一個大的脈絡膜腫瘤併發視網膜剝離的病例。病患因視力下降到眼科求診，眼部的檢查包括超音波、眼底螢光攝影及核磁共振檢查。全身的檢查發現這是肝細胞癌合併全身性轉移的病例，肝細胞併發脈絡膜轉移是個很罕見的病例，我們特此提出報告。

We report a case with a large choroid mass and overlying shallow retinal detachment. Ancillary examinations, including ultrasonography, fluorescein angiography, and magnetic resonance imaging, were presented. Systemic survey showed this patient suffered from hepatocellular carcinoma with systemic metastases. From ocular examinations and systemic studies, the choroid mass was strongly correlated with choroid metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma.
