摘要

後部玻璃體囊腫屬罕見的疾病，發生之原因目前仍未完全清楚，國內迄今亦尚未有文獻報告。本文報告二例單眼患有後部玻璃體囊腫的病人，病例一為43歲女性，主訴左眼偶爾出現飛蚊症，但不引起困擾，視力雙眼均為1.0，眼部檢查並無異常，僅在左眼後部玻璃體見有一1.2×1.0視神經盤徑大小之半透明囊腫，可由超音波掃描清楚描繪出。病例二為65歲男性，雙眼色素性網膜炎30年，雙眼矯正視力約為0.06，主訴右眼視力不良，且有嚴重之飛蚊症，常瞬間妨礙視力。在玻璃體後部靠近網膜處亦可見一1.2×0.8視神經盤徑大小之囊腫，因有視力障礙，乃以雅各雷射將此囊腫爆破，雷射後病患飛蚊症消失。

Posterior vitreous cysts are rare and their etiologies are not fully known. To our knowledge, posterior vitreous cysts have not been described in Taiwan. We report two patients who had an unilateral posterior vitreous cyst. Case 1 was a 43 years old female who presented with a complaint of floaters in her left eye frequently that did not obscure her vision yet. Ophthalmologic examination showed a visual acuity of 1.0 in each eye and a translucent posterior vitreous cyst measuring approximately 1.2×1.0 disc diameter in size in her left eye. No other ocular abnormalities were present. Periodic observation was recommended. Case 2 was a 65 years old male with a history of bilateral retinitis pigmentosa for 30 years. Blurred vision and floaters that frequently obscured vision in his right eye were noted. Ophthalmologic examination disclosed a best-corrected visual acuity of 0.06 in each eye and a posterior vitreous cyst measuring approximately 1.5×0.8 disc diameter in size. The cyst was photodisrupted with Nd: YAG laser and symptoms disappeared after laser treatment.
