Free-Floating Posterior Vitreous Cyst-Report of a Case
自由漂浮的後玻璃體囊腫－病例報告
摘要
目的：報告一例自由漂浮的後玻璃體囊腫。方法：病例報告。結果：在一位五十八歲男性的單側後玻璃體腔內意外發現圓形、透明及部分色素性的漂浮性囊腫。根據臨床表現及病史，推斷其病因可能為先天性玻璃體囊腫。結論：不論後玻璃體囊腫病因為何，如果其症狀並不明顯，就不需要一些侵入性的治療，正如同這位病人五十年來一直保持穩定的狀況。

Purpose: To report a case of free-floating posterior vitreous cyst. Method: A case report. Case report: A unilateral, spherical, translucent, and partially pigmented cyst freely floating in the posterior vitreous cavity was accidentally noted in a 58-year-old man. Based on the clinical findings and his history, the presumed etiology could be a congenital posterior vitreous cyst. Conclusions: Regardless of the etiology for the posterior vitreous cyst, if the symptoms are of little significance, no invasive intervention is necessary, as supported by the stable condition of our patient in the past 50 years.
