Orbital Rhabdomyosarcoma-A Case Report
眼框的橫紋肌肉瘤－案例報告
摘要
我們報告一個八歲大的小女孩，主訴為左眼突出，眼瞼腫脹，眼皮下垂，視力減退有四個月之久。左眼窩外上側可發現有一腫塊，併有眼球運動侷限。眼窩磁振造影顯示左眼淚腺有一個3×2×3.5公分大小的腫塊。手術全切除腫瘤後送病理化驗，結果為胚胎性橫紋肌肉瘤。病人術後接受了六次化學療法，目前狀況良好。

We reported a 8-year-old girl presented with left proptosis, red eye, eyelid swelling, blepharoptosis, and decreased vision for 4 weeks. An orbital mass was noted in the superotemporal area of left eye. Left extra-ocular movement restriction was also noted. Orbital MRI revealed a mass(3×2×2.5cm) at left lacrimal gland region with significant eyeball compression. The radiologic diagnosis was malignant lacrimal gland tumor such as mixed tumor or adenocystic carcinoma. Total excision was done and pathology revealed embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. The patient received six course of post-operative chemotherapy. She was currently doing well.
