Traumatic Superior Orbital Fissure Syndrome - A Case Report
外傷性眼上眶裂症候群個案報告
摘要
目的：提出一位外傷性眼上眶裂症候群病人之臨床表現。方法：個案報告。結果：39歲男性車禍後右眼臉下垂且有複視的情形，眼科檢查呈現第三對腦神經麻痺併瞳孔異常。電腦斷層顯示右眼上眶裂骨折。經大量類固醇脈衝治療，外傷性眼上眶裂症候群的治療，眼臉下垂與複視的痊癒。結論：診斷眼上眶裂症候群需依據電腦段層的影像學檢查的結果。類固醇脈衝治療對於不需手術的外傷性上眶裂症候群病患而言，應有不錯的療效。

Purpose: To present clinical manifestations and treatment results of a patient with traumatic superior orbital fissure syndrome.Method: Case report.Results: A 39-year-old male had ptosis and diplopia in the right eye after a traffic accident. He had oculomotor nerve palsy with pupil involvement in the right eye. A CT image disclosed a fracture involving the right superior orbital fissure. After pulse steroid therapy, his ptosis and diplopia recovered.Conslusion: CT image studies are essential for making a diagnosis of superior orbital fissure syndrome. Pulse steroid therapy might be beneficial for non-surgical patients with traumatic superior orbital fissure syndrome.
